This is a collection of sprite/graphics-related tools I made to help with Wolfenstein 3D modding.  You might find them useful for other things.  They only support BMP files.

SpriteMaker

SpriteMaker converts BMPs to 256-color BMPs using palette color matching.  It features various scaling, alignment, hue adjustment, and transparency settings.

RecolorBMP

RecolorBMP allows you to easily recolor multiple 8-bit (256 color) BMPs.

Blake Stone Animation Studio

This is a tool to create and edit the ANIM files used by the Blake Stone games.

Additional Information

This software is written in Visual Basic 6.  The installation process will add the VB6 runtime files to your system if you do not already have them.
